Damaged/Defective Items

We have a no refund policy; however if you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide a store credit. To initiate a store credit, please send a picture of the item clearly showing the damage/defect along with your order number to hello@mochatees.com within 3 days of receiving your order. The item should still have the tags attached. In certain situations, we may request that the item be sent back to us before processing a store credit.

  • After 3 days from the point of delivery, no store credit will be granted.
  • Any item that must be returned to us must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unaltered) with the tags and packaging intact, and within 10 days of the store credit request for a store credit to be issued. Items that do not meet this criteria will be denied and returned to sender. Mocha Tees will provide a pre-paid label for items that must be returned to us.
  • Our customer care team will process your request as soon as we have all required documentation and/or merchandise to do so. An email will be sent to you on the outcome of your request.

Buyer is responsible for contacting hello@mochatees.com to initiate the store credit process within the time frame specified.

Missing or Wrong Item

  • Any missing items from an order that our system states was shipped, requires a copy of the original invoice and picture of what was received to be emailed to hello@mochatees.com.
  • Any incorrect items must be returned and received in original sales condition before the correct item is shipped. Mocha Tees will provide a pre-paid label for approved items received in error. Please send a picture of the incorrect item and the invoice to hello@mochatees.com.

Items Ineligible for Replacement/Store Credit: Clearance/Sales items, Curated Bundle Boxes, and Gift cards purchases.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted on the order confirmation page and/or confirmation email. The exception to this are any items offered as Pre-Sale Items. Should we experience a delay in processing and/or shipping your order, we will notify you by email.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION REQUESTS

Once your order is placed you have 60 minutes to cancel or edit your order. After 60 minutes of your order being placed, we are unable to make any order change requests. Cancellation requests will receive store credit only if the order has not yet shipped. If the order has shipped, a cancellation cannot be processed.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Free standard shipping (5-7 Business Days) is provided on all U.S. continental orders and $29.99 for shipments to U.S. Territories and Canada. We are not currently shipping to other countries.

Excludes: Gift Card Purchases. Orders under $75 incur a $10 flat rate shipping fee. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.

Mocha Tees is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once delivery has been confirmed, you will need to work with your local post office to find any items that were delivered but not received. We recommend checking with your neighbors first.

U.S. Territories and International Shipping to Canada ONLY

A $29.99 shipping fee is applied to all U.S. territories and international orders to Canada. Any additional duty and tax charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

We accept all major credit cards/debit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover), Paypal, and Afterpay. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. All purchases are immediately billed and will show on your credit card statement as “MochaTees.”

PRE-ORDERS

Occasionally, we will offer certain items through a pre-order process that allows customers to order items that are not currently in stock. This allows exclusive access to Mocha Tees new arrivals. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. *Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur.*
