Q: How can I get assistance if I need it?

Just email hello@mochatees.com for any order or product related questions. We look forward to helping you with your inquiry. We respond to email messages in the order that they are received, and we will respond to your email as quickly as possible.

Q: Where is the package shipped from?

In some cases, it is shipped from Delaware. In other cases, it may ship directly from one of our vendors.

Q: How long does it take for me to get my shipment?

Mocha Tees typically uses USPS to ship our packages but may occasionally use UPS or DHL. Orders are usually shipped within 5-7 business days of payment (unless otherwise stated or notified). Shipping averages 5-7 days (unless otherwise stated). Shipping is free for all U.S. Based orders and $29.99 for shipments to U.S. Territories and Canada. We are not currently shipping to other countries.

Q: What happens if I gave you the incorrect shipping address?

Incorrect Shipping Address Policy

1). The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Before finalizing your order, be certain your shipping address is correct.

2). We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address that was input at the time of ordering.

3). If you happen to notice that you entered the wrong address, you can email us at hello@mochatees.com with the correct shipping address. If your order has not been processed, we will update the shipping address.

4). Once your order has been processed (meaning queued for production and your shipping label created, we will not be responsible for the incorrect address & the subsequent delivery.

Q: My tracking information shows that my Mocha Tees package was "Returned to Sender.” What do I do now?

Returned to Sender Policy

1). If a package is returned to Mocha Tees due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the package was not able to be delivered, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as any additional delivery cost if there is any.

2). Mocha Tees is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

3). No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect.

Q: How long does it take for me to get a store credit for a damaged or defective item?

Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the time you mail your order for the credit to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return has been processed.

Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

We have a no refund policy; however if you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide a store credit. Please review our full Refunds & Exchanges policy. (this should be linked to that page)

Items Ineligible for Replacement/Store Credit: Clearance/Sales items, Curated Bundle Boxes, and Gift Card purchases.

Q: How can I write a review on a product?

You can write a product review on any product page. Simply scroll down on the product page and underneath “Reviews,” you will see a button to "Write A Review" to add your comments.

Q: How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

Follow the instructions provided on the bottom of any email you receive from us to unsubscribe.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes! MochaTees.com understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

MochaTees.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, AmazonPay, AfterPay and PayPal for all orders.

 

Q: What is PayPal?

PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. As of today, PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions. One advantage of using PayPal payment method is that it offers faster, safer and easier checkouts and promises to protect customers from revealing their credit card and other financial information to the merchant.

Q: When placing an order, I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?

Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that MochaTees.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment. If you continue to experience a problem, there may be an issue with the billing address you provided not matching what is on file with your bank or you may need to use another method of payment.

 

Q: How can I purchase a Gift Card?

You can purchase an egift card in our shop. You will immediately receive the egift card by email and will be able to forward the email to the recipient. We're not currently able to auto-send the gift card details to the recipient but are looking for a solution.
